Privacy policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
We collect only what we need to run sys0, and we never sell your data. Here's what we keep, why, and who helps us handle it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and profile photo, from Google when you sign in.
- Your learning: which lessons you've finished, and what you write and design in the labs and exercises.
- Payments: whether you've paid, your plan and its dates. Your card or bank details go to our payment provider, never to us.
- Your country: worked out from your connection, so we can show prices in your currency.
- Usage: which pages you visit and actions like finishing a lesson, so we can see what works and improve it.
- Emails you give us: if you join the waiting list or write to us.
Who helps us
We share data only with the services that run parts of sys0, and only what each one needs:
- Google, to sign you in.
- Dodo Payments, to take payments and manage your subscription.
- PostHog, for usage analytics.
- Anthropic, whose AI model reviews the answers you send for feedback. It gets the text of those answers, not your account details.
- Our hosting and database providers, who store the site and its data.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in, one to remember your country for prices, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data, except payment records that the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@codersgyan.com and we'll reply within 7 days.
Children
sys0 isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For a change that matters, we'll also email you.
