Refund policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
If sys0 isn't for you, write to us within 24 hours of paying and we'll refund 97% of what you paid. Here's how it works, and why the window is short.
The 24-hour window
You can ask for a refund within 24 hours of a payment. After that, the payment can't be refunded.
sys0 is a digital product. The moment you pay, every lesson, lab and exercise that's out is open to you, and there's nothing to send back. A short window lets you look around and decide, without the course being read in full and then returned.
How much you get back
You get back 97% of what you paid. The other 3% is the charge the payment processor takes for handling the payment. They keep it even when a payment is refunded, so it doesn't come back to us either.
How to ask for one
- Email hello@codersgyan.com from the email address you signed in with, within 24 hours of paying.
- You don't need to give a reason, though we'd like to know what didn't work for you.
- We reply within 2 working days, and your access ends when the refund is made.
- The money goes back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
Renewals
The membership renews every year until you cancel. The same 24-hour window applies to each renewal payment, so if a renewal goes through that you didn't want, write to us within 24 hours of it.
You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
When we refund everything
If you were charged twice by mistake, or couldn't get access because of a problem on our side, we refund the whole amount, whenever you tell us.
Founding member price
A refund ends your membership, and with it the founding member price. If you join again later, you pay the price at that time.
