Terms
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms cover your use of sys0: the website, the course and the labs. By signing in or paying, you agree to them.
Who we are
sys0 is a system design course made by Rakesh K, founder of Coder's Gyan. "We" and "us" on these pages mean sys0.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; what happens on your account is your responsibility.
- An account is for one person. Please don't share it or your access with others.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hello@codersgyan.com.
The membership
- The membership is a yearly subscription. It renews every year until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We never see your card details.
- Founding members keep their founding price for as long as their subscription stays active. If it lapses or is refunded, the price goes with it.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
The course is being written
When you join, you get every lesson that's out, and each new one as it's released. The dates we show for future lessons are our plan, not a promise. We may change, reorder or improve lessons as the course grows.
Using the content
- The lessons, diagrams, labs and code on sys0 belong to us. They're for your own learning.
- Please don't copy, record, resell or share them publicly, and don't use tools to download or scrape the site.
- What you write and design on sys0 stays yours. You let us store it and process it so the site can work for you, for example to save your progress or review your answers.
AI feedback
Some exercises give you feedback written by an AI model. It's there to help you think, and it can be wrong. Treat it as a second opinion, not as professional advice.
Fair use
Don't try to break into the site, overload it, or misuse the AI features. We may suspend an account that does, or that breaks these terms in other ways. If we do, we'll tell you why.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep sys0 accurate and running, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For a change that matters, we'll also email you before it applies.
Law and contact
These terms follow the laws of India. Questions about them? Write to hello@codersgyan.com.
